1. Distribution

We continue to fulfill all orders through our Dallas, TX warehouse. The warehouse is taking extra sanitization steps and social distancing precautions. Orders are being fulfilled within 1 - 2 business days.

2. Caring for our staff

We do not have any retail storefronts, but our pieces are crafted by hand in a small atelier in Istanbul. The atelier is currently practicing social distancing and sanitization, and has kept all staff employed throughout the crisis. 

3. Extended return policy

All orders placed during April and May will have an extended 30 day return policy.
